La Nueva España has released a press note highlighting Jorge Nava’s participation alongside Arma Gallery at Estampa 2024. This year’s edition, celebrating its 32nd iteration, showcases the best of contemporary Asturian art, featuring a diverse selection of works from two dozen artists.
Jorge Nava, a native of Gijón, will present several pieces that explore gestural, expressionist, and colorful abstraction. He describes his current project as being inspired by the four seasons, using this theme as a poetic thread to inform his paintings and murals. Estampa, held at Ifema Madrid, runs until Sunday, October 20.
